How do I sign up for direct draft (ACH)?

Signing up for automatic debit is very easy! Automatic debit can also be referred to as direct debit, ACH, or autodraft.

Here are some important points to know before you complete the form:

• All drafts occur on the 3rd of the month with no exception.  
• Your entire balance due will be drafted. This balance includes any regular assessment, special assessment, late fees, etc. The only amounts not drafted are violation fines or violation charges.
• You will no longer receive a statement for a balance due.  
• Once enrolled, the ACH agreement remains in effect until canceled in writing

• The cancellation form needs to be submitted by the 25th of the month to cancel before the next draft.
