In an effort to save communities money, Kuester Management Group does not send statements to any homeowner who has a prepaid or credit balance, homeowners who have signed up for ACH (automatic draft), or homeowners who have signed up for electronic statements. If you do not fall into one of those categories, a statement would have been issued to you. Statements are mailed first class mail.
Unfortunately, once statements leave our mailing center, we are unable to track the delivery of the statements and encourage you to reach out to the postal carrier if you believe there may be an error. If you have an offsite address that you have not updated, please do so by completing the Contact Update form here.
