At the end of each year, a letter and statement are sent to each home with information regarding the next year's assessments and information on how to update your payments. There are many types of recurring payment options a homeowner may be set up on. Depending on the type of payment setup you have, will determine your next steps. |

Recurring ePayment: If you are signed up on the HOA Portal for “Recurring Payment”, you have set up a specific amount to be drafted. Because the assessments have changed, you will need to log into your account on the HOA Portal and update the amount to be drafted to avoid late fees and/or interest.
Online Bill Pay via Bank: If you have your assessments scheduled to be paid by your bank automatically, you will need to update the amount to avoid late fees and/or interest.
AutoPay / ACH: If the HOA drafts your account via ACH (the balance is drafted on the 3rd of the month), then you don’t need to worry. We will automatically draft your bank account for the new assessment amount. |
