Have your banking info ready. You’ll need your account and routing number to complete the form.
Full balance is drafted. Each month, your entire balance due will be automatically drafted whenever an assessment is owed.
Draft date is fixed. Payments are always drafted on the 3rd of the month (no exceptions).
Agreement stays active. AutoPay continues until you cancel it in writing or by submitting a Cancellation Form.
No paper statements. Once AutoPay is active, you will no longer receive monthly statements for balances due.
Covers assessments and fees. If your dues amount changes, the updated balance will be drafted automatically. This includes regular assessments, special assessments, ARC fees, and amenity passes. (Note: fines and violation charges are not drafted.)
Recurring E-Check or Credit Card
Recurring electronic check or credit card payments can be made by logging into your account at www.kuester.com, hovering over the Pay Now tab, and selecting Recurring Payments.
Please note the following information regarding recurring check or credit card payments:
Choose your amount and draft date. You decide how much to pay each month (if any) and when you’d like it drafted.
Keep payments up to date. If your assessment amount changes or a special assessment is added, you’ll need to adjust your recurring payment to match.
Make changes anytime. You can edit or cancel your recurring payment at any time by logging into your account.
Statements will still come. Even with automatic payments, you’ll continue to receive monthly statements for your records.
Processing fees apply. Each recurring payment includes a $2.99 fee for E-Checks or a 3.25% fee for Credit Cards.
