How do I access community documents?

Important community documents are saved on the community portal on kuester.com including:

• Governing Documents (Covenants/CCRs, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and ARC Guidelines)
• Monthly Community Financials and the Annual Budget

Each community varies and other documents may be available such as such as Meeting Minutes, Newsletters, Maintenance Responsibility Charts, and more.

You will need to have registered and been approved for an account prior to being able to log in.

Once you have logged into your account, please follow the below instructions:

1. In the top tool bar, hover over Community Information
2. From the dropdown menu, click Documents
3. In the Community Documents Center, you will see a list of folders.
4. Click on the folder, and you will see the files. 
   1. Some folders have a + in front. Click on the + to expand the folder and see the sub-folders.
5. Click on a file to download the document.
