What does my assessment pay for?

Each community's Board of Directors develops an annual budget each year. This budget outlines where the assessment money collected are set to be spent. While a budget is a guideline, it is the basis for assessment allocation. Actual expenses of the community can be found on the monthly financials found in the document center, as well.
