Who is responsible for maintenance items?

Each community has unique maintenance responsibilities that are assigned to both the Association and Owners based off of the Governing Documents. Kuester Management partners with each Board of Directors to create a maintenance responsibility checklist for their respective community. This checklist can be found in the document center on your Kuester.com account after you log in.
