When a home is purchased within a planned community, the owner(s) automatically becomes a Member(s) of the Community, or Homeowners Association. If the property is reflected on the recorded Plat Map, that is referenced within the Community's governing documents, the Owner(s) is deemed a "Member," indefinitely until the property is transferred or sold. |
