I've been called to a Hearing - What does that mean?

Sometimes a homeowner is called to a hearing before the Board of Directors or an Adjudicatory Panel appointed by the Board. The hearing will be in regards to a violation of the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. 

You will receive a letter in the mail and an email notifying you that you have been called to a hearing. It is imperative when you receive this notice to contact Kuester Management Group regarding the issue and to either confirm you can attend or not. 

This Hearing is your opportunity to provide information to the Board/Panel about why the issue occurred, what steps you have taken to fix/prevent it from recurring, or the timeframe you plan to have the issue corrected.

If Board/Panel have any additional questions or clarification, they will ask them.

Once the Hearing has concluded, you will be free to leave, and the Board/Pane will then later go into Executive Session to determine the Results of your Hearing.

You will then receive a letter in the mail with the decision of the Board/Pane.
