
18 STEPS
1. The first step is to open Kuester.com and click Homeowner Login
2. Click Sign In
3. Type your login email and password.
Click Sign in
4. With your mouse, hover Committees and Board
5. Click Architectural Review
6. Scroll down and click Details
7. Notes will come from additional information that the homeowner adds in to their request.
8. Any attachments will be available to download. Scroll down and click Download file to receive a copy of the attachment
9. Committee Members will their comments and approval/denial into New Committee Note
10. Click Submit Committee Note to submit this note for other members to see. Committee Members will receive an email notification every time a Committee Note is added.
11. When other members login, they will see that the request has an unread note, indicated by the yellow square
12. For the ACC Chairperson to make a final decision after the Committee has reviewed and voted, first click Details
13. Scroll down to the Committee Decision section
14. Click the Status drop down option
15. Select the appropriate option. Here we chose Approved
16. Type in any related Comments or Stipulations regarding the decision for the request.
If the decision is a denial - be sure to include details of what the Homeowner can do to edit their application so it could be approved if possible.
17. Click Submit Committee Decision
18. And that's it! You're done. The decision will be sent back to Kuester Management Group to notify the homeowner.
