In many communities, the architectural review committee is allotted thirty (30) days to review a given architectural request. Also, some communities may charge an architectural review fee. Any architectural review fee should be paid at the time of submission. Once an architectural request has been reviewed, a notification will be sent via mail or email to the requester indicating if the request has been approved, approved with conditions, or declined.
