How do I change my password?

Please review the following steps to change your login password:

  • Log in to your account at as you normally would to pay assessments.
  • Click on the “My Profile” link located in the menu on the left side of the screen.
  • Scroll down to the section titled “Login Information.” You will see your email address and two boxes below your email address labeled “Password” and “Confirm Password.”
  • Enter your desired password into the box labeled “Password.”
  • Confirm your password by entering the exact same information into the box labeled “Confirm Password.”
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Submit” button.

After clicking the “Submit” button, you should see a confirmation message indicating that your profile has been updated.

Please note: You will not receive an email notification confirming that your password has been changed.
