The amount each community charges, and the frequency of billing, for association assessments varies. You can determine the cost and frequency of assessments in one of the three following ways:
- Your billing statement will include the amount of the current assessment due and any other charges on your account. Your billing statement will also include a mailing address for payment, the due date for payment, and the associated late fee and/or interest for payments made after the grace period, if a grace period exists. - You can review your account information online through our website, kuester.com. Once you have registered an account online, you will be able to make payments, review account activity, and access documents and updates pertaining to your community.
