Why am I not receiving statements and how do I get this corrected?

You may not be receiving statements for a variety of reasons, but typically, the cause for not receiving statements is outdated contact information. To update your contact information, please contact us, and we will make the necessary changes to ensure you receive future statements. If you have ACH auto-draft payments in place, or if you have no balance due, you will not receive a statement. To request a copy of your statement, please contact our office and we will be able to provide you with an additional copy. You can also monitor your account activity by registering on our website, www.kuester.com.

If your account has been referred to an attorney’s office, you will not receive statements from our offices. To request current account information, you will need to contact the attorney’s office that is managing the account. If you are not sure which attorney is managing your account, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary contact information.
